Hang the tension out of your spine.

Gravity Stretching is gentle decompression of the body: you hang on the lianas, space opens up inside and pressure melts away. Not aerial yoga, not a fabric hammock - a guided system to unload the spine, open the joints and let the body recover.

  • Gravity does the work

Gravity Stretching - hanging on the lianas in a Bali studio

What it is

Decompression, not acrobatics.

You hang on the lianas and let gravity do the work. Seven progressive levels take you from first lightness to deep mobility.

01

Unload the spine

Suspension lengthens the spine and opens the space between vertebrae, easing pressure that builds from desk life and long flights.

02

Open the joints

Controlled hangs and stretches restore range of motion in the hips, shoulders and back without forcing anything.

03

Let the body recover

Sessions work on release, not strain - a system of regeneration you can feel after the very first class.

The offer, plainly

What you get, and how fast

No mystery and no marketing gloss. Here is what happens to the body, how quickly it happens, and what it costs you in effort.

A body that feels light

Space comes back between the vertebrae, pressure goes, and you stand up taller than you sat down.

The story repeats: easier after the very first session, the pain lets go somewhere around the fourth to sixth, and about ten sessions make it hold.

You feel it the same day

Lighter after the first session. Not in a month and not at the end of a course, but on the day of your first hang.

You just hang

No strength needed, no flexibility, nothing to force. The lianas carry your whole weight, the trainer stays beside you, and gravity does the work.

β€œI really enjoyed my experience at Gravity Stretching. The trainers are very professional and explain everything clearly while demonstrating each exercise. As a beginner, I found it easy to understand and follow. My body felt great after the session, and my muscles felt much freer and more relaxed. The whole experience was enjoyable, and I was left with a very pleasant feeling both during and after the workout. Highly recommended!”

β€œWhat I love about Gravity Stretching is that it uses your own body weight to gently lengthen the joints and spine. The alignment process combined with deep breathwork made my nervous system completely relax. I walked out feeling taller, more grounded, and fully rejuvenated. It’s a very safe, mindful, and restorative practice.”
