Can Gravity Stretching replace the gym or yoga?
Answered by the founder of the method
It's a fundamentally different thing, not a replacement for training. In the gym or on a mat you're putting in effort; our method is recovery without effort - the body rests, lengthens and relaxes while gravity does the work.
Why people come here instead of yoga
A lot of people come to us precisely because they're tired of 'grinding' through workouts, and because yoga, too, is often built on effort.
Not a competitor, a recovery half
It pairs well with whatever you're already doing - it's the recovery half of your activity, not a competitor to it.
