How do I fix anterior pelvic tilt and a lower-back arch?

Confidence: Method practice

If your lower back arches more than feels comfortable and the belly tips forward, it is often anterior pelvic tilt - the front of the pelvis dropping down and pulling the lower back into an exaggerated curve. It grows out of a sitting life: the hip flexors shorten and tip the pelvis, and the back muscles work overtime to hold you up. The result is a tired, squeezed lower back.

How Gravity Stretching helps

We release what is pulling, and unload what is tired. Slow, supported stretches open the tight hip flexors that tip the pelvis, and decompression of the body creates space and takes the pressure off the lower back - both at once, which is exactly what this pattern needs. the lianas hold you, so nothing is forced, and the pelvis gets to settle into a comfortable, neutral place on its own.

It re-balances gradually with a steady, gentle practice - regularity matters more than intensity. Start soft, breathe, and let the body find its new habit.
