How can I relieve chronic lower back pain?

Confidence: Method practice

If your lower back aches most days, it is rarely about being "weak". Gravity presses us down all day long - hours of sitting squeeze the discs, the hip flexors shorten, the supporting muscles switch off. The pressure never gets released, so the ache becomes the background of your day. The body simply got used to living under one constant load.

How Gravity Stretching helps

Gravity Stretching is a therapy of gentle traction. You hang on the lianas, and the same gravity that pressed you down all day starts to stretch you instead. Decompression of the body creates space and takes the pressure off: a disc is like a sponge full of moisture - release the squeeze, and it soaks up and comes back to life. And we work with the whole body, not just the sore spot, so it is not only the back that feels easier - the whole body does.

Start with a guided session and build a calm, regular habit - regularity matters more than intensity. Relief is usually felt after the very first session, the pain tends to go around session 4-6, and a stable result settles in around ten. Listen to your body: if the pain is sharp and shooting, we never force - we start even softer, little by little.
