Confidence: Method practice

One doesn't get in the way of the other - if anything, most people combine them.

The difference in approach

With a chiropractor, someone works on you with their hands - that's working on the effect. Here, the body does the work itself, gently, and we aim at the cause: the habits and tension the body has picked up over the years.

We don't diagnose

This is a therapy of gentle decompression and recovery, not diagnosis: decompression of the body creates space and takes the pressure off, and the body learns on its own to move straighter. Tell the trainer beforehand who you're seeing and what's going on with your body, and keep doing whatever's already helping you.
