Confidence: Method practice

Not at all. Plenty of men come to us, especially with chronic neck and back pain from working at a computer and years of sitting - and that's one of the most rewarding results we see.

Not about a 'pretty stretch'

The method isn't about a 'pretty stretch' - it's about decompressing the body and releasing tension, and it works the same way for men and women.

What men say themselves

Within a few sessions, energy and tone tend to come back: the body stops spending its resources on holding tension, so there's more of it left for everyday life. So yes - completely normal, and more than welcome.
