What happens during your first Gravity Stretching session?
Answered by the founder of the method
A first Gravity Stretching session always opens with three simple things: relax, breathe, and one rule - if you feel pain or a block, we don't push through it, we stop and release. Going in not knowing what to expect feels a little scary for almost everyone, and that's completely normal; the trainer is right there from the first minute to show you everything.
The trainer stays with you the whole time
The trainer sets the liana height for your body, stays beside you the entire session, and spots you by hand - you move at your own pace, no race, no standard to hit. Plenty of people hang for a literal three seconds their first time, and that already counts as a win; the body starts asking for more on its own after that.
Your first session doubles as a check-in
It's also how we get to know your body: the trainer watches how you move and builds the following sessions around what they see, not around a generic plan.
How does that sound to you - more curious, or more nervous?
