Group or private class for my first time - which is better?
Answered by the founder of the method
You won't slow anyone down - our groups are small, up to 5-6 people, and everyone moves at their own pace, no one chasing anyone else.
The trainer spots everyone personally
The trainer leads the group and still comes over and spots each person individually.
If a private class feels calmer
A one-on-one class is a great first step: the trainer's full attention is on you, you can work out your breathing and positions without any self-consciousness, and moving into a group afterward is easy. Both options work - pick whichever feels more comfortable to start with.
