Is Gravity Stretching safe during menstruation?

Confidence: Method practice

This is a very common, completely normal question, and the answer is simple: it's your personal choice, listen to your body.

What to adjust

If you feel fine, plenty of people train as usual, but it's worth easing off or skipping inverted positions on those days. Always tell the trainer how you feel - they'll pick a gentler version without any inversions.

We follow how you feel, not the plan

We always go by your state, not by a fixed program. If you're unsure, start with gentle hangs and stretching only - and if it's genuinely a concern for you, talk it over with your own specialist.
