The lianas are rated with a large safety margin and hold weight confidently - that's genuinely nothing to worry about.

Not a practice for 'thin and young'

The whole point of the method is that it works for a very wide range of bodies and shapes.

How it actually feels

In the hang, stretched out with your arms up, the body looks and feels completely different, and people tend to like what they see and feel. There are no judging mirrors here and no room for self-consciousness - just support.
