Can I watch a Gravity Stretching class before joining?

Confidence: Method practice

Watching from the side isn't possible, unfortunately - people are training, relaxing and letting go during class, and a spectator gets in the way of that.

But there are no secrets here

You can see exactly what it looks like on YouTube - the lianas, the hangs, the whole atmosphere.

The video is a real class, not a highlight reel

What you'll find on YouTube is footage from real classes with real students - the same lianas, the same pace, the same trainer talking people through every step. Nothing is staged for the camera.

You stay in control the whole time

Nobody hands you a finished pose to hit. The trainer sets the liana height for your body, checks in as you go, and you decide how far to go each time - the first visit is about meeting your own edges, not performing for anyone.

The best way to understand is to try it

Coming in and trying it yourself is the best way to understand it: that's exactly what the first session is for, the trainer shows you everything, stays right beside you, and you do only as much as feels comfortable. The fear usually fades within the first ten minutes.
