Plan for roughly 75 to 90 minutes. A base session runs about 75 minutes, and gravity lifting often gets added on, so it's more comfortable to block out a full hour and a half and not rush anything.
The practice is unhurried by design
Everything opens and closes with calm relaxation, and rushing that isn't really the point.
If someone's waiting on you
It's best to block out the full hour and a half from the start.
