Is Gravity Stretching safe for seniors?

Confidence: Method practice

The method works across a very wide age range - a calm, gentle approach is exactly what it's built on.

Lighter on the joints than floor exercises

The lianas carry your weight, so the load on your joints is lighter than in ordinary floor exercises, and the trainer stays with you the whole time, choosing the height and pace for your body specifically. We start small, literally with three seconds, and never push through force.

If you have a specific condition

If there's something specific - a recent surgery, high blood pressure, frequent dizziness - tell the trainer beforehand and talk it over with your own specialist first. For your first session at this age we'd suggest a private one-on-one class: the trainer's full attention is on you, and the pace is set exactly for your body.
