How often should I come to Gravity Stretching?

Confidence: Method practice

For a noticeable and lasting result, we usually recommend two sessions a week - that's the sweet spot, enough for the body both to work and to lock in the change.

Less or more often

Once a week still helps and works well for maintenance. Three times makes sense for young, athletic bodies dealing with pain, but most people don't need it.

Regularity beats intensity

Everyone recovers on their own schedule - some are ready the next day, some need two or three - and we won't load the body before it's recovered. What matters most is regularity: recovery loves a steady, gentle habit, and the first month is when the body resets; after that, everything gets easier.
